Prior to opening an account at the Credit Union, you must first become a member. With the purchase a single credit union share for $25, you become a member and a part-owner of Margosa Credit Union. Each member is entitled to participate at The Annual Meeting, and if you are 18 year of age or older, you are entitled to one vote, regardless the amount of money you have on deposit with Margosa. And when that account is closed, the membership share is cashed and the funds returned.
