NOTICE

IN THE MATTER OF THE BANKRUPTCY OF

MARGOSA CREDIT UNION LIMITED, OF THE CITY OF TORONTO, IN THE PROVINCE OF ONTARIO

Please be advised that Margosa Credit Union Limited made an assignment in bankruptcy on December 9, 2011, pursuant to Section 49 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (“BIA”).

The property or assets herein are under possession of the Trustee by virtue of Section 71 of the BIA.

The BIA provides that any person who removes or attempts to remove any property or part thereof out of the charge or possession of the bankrupt, the Trustee or other custodian of such property, unless with the written permission of the Trustee, is guilty of an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding $5,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years, or to both fine and imprisonment. (Section 203).

All deposits are insured by Deposit Insurance Corporation of Ontario To a maximum of $100,000.00 Deposit Insurance Corporation of Ontario will be issuing cheques for all available funds the week of December 12, 2011
